Challenge

AMPX had a great e-bike kit but couldn't break through on Meta. Their ad creative was static product shots and stock imagery — high CPM, low CTR, struggling to scale past $3K/month in revenue. They needed creative that converted, fast, without building an in-house production team.

Approach

We launched a managed UGC campaign built around performance content. Hand-picked creators in the e-bike and active lifestyle space, briefed for hook-led conversion content. Three to five new videos per month, fast iteration cycles, content rights for paid amplification baked in.

Execution

Month one: 5 creators, 5 hook variations, ready for AMPX's media team to put live within 3 weeks. Month two: doubled the creator pool, locked in the highest-performing format. By the end of month two, AMPX had scaled to $90K MRR on the same $100/day ad budget — using our content. 1.5M+ total impressions across organic and paid, with Gen-Z (18-26) accounting for 37% of reach.
