The Site embeds Calendly on the contact page, which allows you to book a discovery call. When you interact with the Calendly embed, information is collected and processed by Calendly under their own privacy policy (calendly.com/privacy). We do not receive this information directly from Calendly other than the booking confirmation.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry or proposal request

Legal basis for processing (for EU/UK visitors)
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent UK legislation:
- Legitimate interest: to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and operate our business
- Consent: for any marketing communications you opt into
- Contractual necessity: where we are preparing or performing a contract with you
- Legal obligation: where we are required to retain or disclose information by law
How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, including:
- Web hosting and infrastructure: the Site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States), which processes traffic data necessary to serve the Site to your browser.
- Email and document infrastructure: form submissions are delivered to our email through Google Workspace (Google LLC, United States).
- Embedded services: Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States) for the contact page booking widget.
- Operational tools: third-party tools we use to manage client relationships, projects, and creator coordination. These tools are selected for their security and compliance posture and are bound by our agreements and their own privacy commitments.
We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety (or those of our clients, creators, or others).
International data transfers
The Curators is based in Australia, but some of the service providers we use (including Vercel, Google Workspace, and Calendly) are based in the United States. This means your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries.
Where required, these transfers are made under appropriate legal safeguards — including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EU/UK, and the relevant provisions of Australian Privacy Principle 8 for cross-border disclosures from Australia.
How long we keep your information
We retain inquiry and proposal information for as long as we have a legitimate business need to do so — for example, to respond to ongoing communication, to prepare proposals, or to keep records of past engagements that may inform future ones.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it, unless we are legally required to retain it for longer.
If you would like us to delete information you have submitted, you can request this at any time by contacting us at the email address below.

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If we introduce these in the future (for example, through analytics or remarketing), we will update this policy and provide a cookie consent banner where required.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some embedded services.
